Care of eczema When you have eczema,the following tips will help you to prevent it from spreading on your skin:

1. When you see that there is eczema on your face especially the face,do not use soap to wash your face.And if you want to wash your face,use antiseptic or antibacterial soap. 2. Use Antifungi or antibacterial cream on your skin. Remember not to use sponge on the affected area of the skin in order to prevent it from spreading more.
